Is the CO test included or extra?
Included. Some companies charge it separately; we don't think a heater service without one is a service.
How often?
Every two years; yearly past ten years old.
What if you find a crack?
We shut the heater down, show you, and quote both a repair and a replacement. We won't leave a heater running that is leaking CO.
