How the assessment fee works
You pay the assessment fee once. If you go ahead with the repair we quote, the fee comes off the repair price. If the unit isn't worth repairing and you replace it through us, the fee comes off the installation. Either way you only pay it once.

Installations are quoted on site because the price depends on your home: wall type, distance between indoor and outdoor units, electrical capacity and access all change the job. The quote is free, fixed and valid for 30 days. Replacing an old gas heater or inefficient air conditioner? Saturday bookings are the same price. After-hours and public-holiday callouts carry a flat surcharge that we confirm when you book.
